Led By Rosemary Tarcza and Amelia Perkins
There is a hum beneath the noise of the world—a sacred rhythm that pulses through everything. Some call it Spirit, or the Divine. Others simply feel it as presence, breath, a quiet ache for something more. Whatever name it goes by, it can’t be summoned on demand, but it can be courted.
In this retreat, we’ll experiment—gently, playfully, reverently—with ways of coming into relationship with that Mystery. Through nature connection, breathwork, movement, meditation, and ritual, we’ll explore how the sacred reveals itself uniquely through each of us. We’ll enter both ordinary and expanded states of awareness—not to escape, but to remember. To return. To deepen our communion with life.
This is not about adopting someone else’s beliefs or practices. It’s about discovering your own way in—through embodied experimentation, intuitive listening, and attunement to what stirs your spirit. Together, we’ll follow the thread of what feels real, alive, and meaningful.
We’ll plant seeds of the mystical that you can carry home—not just as memory, but as a living relationship that continues to unfold long after the retreat ends.
This retreat welcomes all identities, backgrounds, and spiritual languages—including those that are emergent or undefined. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to enter the Mystery.
